I stay here whenever I am in Apple Valley. Never disappoints. I would note that restaurant around here close very early. 8:00 pm. However, the restaurant in the hotel is very good and stays open until 10pm.

Wonderful Hotel and staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The Room was impeccable and service was exceptional.

I loved that my bed was made to perfection everyday. But I needed more tissue, dinning downstairs never answered my calls when I tried calling for food before they closed. My mom takes medicine and she came with me and needed food before a certain time and I am not from here and I did not have a car to bring her food so we had to wait till 5:00pm for her to finally get food.
Excellent hotel, restaurant and bar. Love the wine theme throughout and views of the river. Outstanding!

Clean, nice, a bit noisy, not the most beautiful area, but safe and good restaurants. Lady that checked me in was rude, angry, and perhaps just a jerk. I promise, I was not difficult; there were no problems. She was just, not nice.
The best hotel I have ever stayed in. Super friendly and cozy.

Last night was our second stay here. The first time I would have given it 5 stars. Yesterday it would be a 1 star. We stayed on the first floor near the end of the hall and next to utility closets and it was so loud all night and early morning. Pounding, doors closing, vacuuming etc. Then the wall near the kitchenette made a vibrating sound every 20 minutes the entire time and it was to the point we considered booking a different hotel since it was loud. Also this time the hot water wasn’t running well which is a huge bummer since the big tub is one of its selling points. I strongly don’t recommend the first floor but we did enjoy the 4th floor previously.

My favorite place to stay in Richland. Beautiful walk every morning on the river, very safe. Easy walk to great restaurants and the hotel restaurant is great. Love the spa and gym. Beds are comfortable and rooms are always very clean. You can not beat the view from deck.

This was our first time staying at the lodge. It is a beautiful, upscale property. It is clean, modern, has plenty of parking, and the service was excellent. This is going to be our go to place to stay in the Tri Cities from now on.

Nice property with river views. Quiet and within walking distance of many restaurants. Hot tub was not available which was a negative for the stay. The pool is also outdoors which would be fine but n the summer.

This is one of my favorite hotels ever. The staff is bar none the most helpful, kind and appreciative staff I have encountered in my travels in recent years. The hotel is clean, beautiful and so comfortable. I love the traditional service including real glasses in the rooms, real room service served on a tray with real dishes...not paper to go boxes in a bag. The pool area is gorgeous and the views are gorgeous. I want to come back and try the spa next time. Thank you for excellent hospitality. My husband is in liver failure and we have stayed here twice now to break up the trip between Spokane and Portland for medical appointments at OHSU. It has been a breath of fresh air and a nice respite for me in between.
I love this place and its my "go to" property when I visit the Tri Cities. The staff are great. I enjoyed the library nooks. The rooms are looking a bit tired and could use a touchup and new bed linens. I was disappointed that the hot tub was down so I hope they get it working again.
We've been here in fall, but needed a quiet mid-winter getaway and the Lodge at Columbia Point was perfect for us to combine business and escape. We had an amazing room but the first night the heater stopped working so them moved us to another river view room and gave us a restaurant credit. The staff were quite friendly and the food was very good. Our only other disappointment was the hot tub was not working - apparently needing a new part. We enjoyed walking the trails every day after lunch and spent time reading in the library room around the fireplace. Just what we needed!

It was a lovely hotel overall. Great rooms with large soaking tubs and fireplace. However, the initial room I was in had trouble with the heating. My room was so hot all night no matter what I tried with the thermostat. I ended up sleeping with the patio doors open in the middle of winter. It was the last thing I needed after a very long drive. Turns out they had HVAC problem throughout that floor. They shouldn’t book people there if they knew of these issues. They fixed it though and moved me to another room the next morning and provided a voucher for the in-house restaurant which was fantastic. Most staff were fantastic with the exception of one front desk person who was cold and seemed annoyed by having to move me.
Beautiful place to stay. Very clean and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was nicelyappointed, good view of the river. Don't bother ordering the picnic basket, not close to being worth the price. But overall great place to stay
