There are many things we liked about this property. It is a great spot, with a wonderful view and lots to do. Plenty of great dining options nearby. Our suite was well provisioned, with a full kitchen. My biggest issue was that there was a terrible droning noise all night long, reverberating through my bed. It was very much like trying to sleep on a jet aircraft. Not sure what caused it - maybe the AC unit in a neighboring room. Otherwise, one other improvement would be to provide some streaming options on the TV, such as Netflix, Prime, or Apple TV. Cable TV just doesn't suffice anymore.

I book a king room. When I arrived around 6pm I was told I had a double and they did not have any other rooms available. I showed the reservation and that I had booked the room weeks ahead. I like this hotel and for the most part stay at this hotel every time I come to Richland. I will be booking another hotel next time.

It was nice but definitely not secluded. There was a bar or something across that was a little loud and bright. We were by an entrance door and people failed to be respectful in the middle of the night while coming in.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this homewood suites location. With how close it is to public transportation, how friendly the staff always was, the fitness room they have, and the room itself that I stayed in was amazing. I will definitely be returning to this location on my next visits to the Tri Cities

This property has home like features that made our trip more comfortable. The billiard room was a big hit for our teenage son and I enjoyed the sitting area with a decorative tree and fireplace.

Best hotel we ever stay.Very clean, very quiet pet friendly . Room were amazing big. Outside was very clean and safe, closed to a trail to walk the pet. A lot places around for food. Price very reasonable.

Nice hotel, no sleep!
Would really appreciate if families with 3 small children be placed on the bottom floor. I had loud jumping, banging and crying all hours of the night right above my bedroom in my suite. To spend good money for a nice hotel suite and not be able to get any sleep was very tiring.... Parents of small children, do NOT let your kids jump off the bed on floor in hotel after 10pm.... people are trying to sleep!

From check-in to departure, a well-run, well maintained property! Having a separate livingroom/kitchen in addition to bed/bath area gave privacy and convenience. We had a lovely view of the Columbia River, the free breakfast was well stocked with a variety of items, and staff friendly. Paved CR trail was easily accessed for runners/walkers. A fun mini-vacation for us!

Kind and friendly staff. I spoke with many employees, all spoke highly of the work environment and it shows how the treat clients. Breakfast was good and they even offered to cook special food for dietary needs.

Very good location for our visit. Nice location next to the river and our room had a wonderful view of the park and river. Very clean. The Wednesday night complimentary dinner was well put together, tasty, and the wine and beer was a nice touch even though I do not have any drinks. Breakfast by Angelica was excellent during the weekdays! She was not only a good cook, she was friendly and welcoming. She showed extra attention to the children who were visiting... I was very impressed. The hotel made it easy for us to reserve the billard room for the three of us staying, as well as our guest of seven. The hotel staff was very accommodating. The beds were good and comfortable. I would recommend this place without hesitation.
