「I'm heavily pregnant right now so it would have been nice to not be placed on the top floor with no elevator. Didn't help that the top floor smelled like pee and we're guessing it was coming from the rollaway bed that was sitting at the top of the stairs for the top floor. The room we were staying had stains on the wall and some of the towels look preused. Breakfast was subpar as the biscuits were equivalent to rocks and the timers on the waffle irons were broken so they either came out burnt or...

「It was a clean and maintained room. There wasn't anyone one on site to answer questions and they advertised a continental breakfast but that was not available any morning of our stay, with no advance notice it was not going to be provided. The communication was nonexistent before we arrived and the only information on how to access our room was a sign taped to the door with a phone number to call. We will not stay here again because of poor business practices.」
