"My experience with the hotel staff was unfortunately disappointing. At check-in, the staff member assigned me the wrong room and charged an additional amount that did not match my original reservation, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. Additionally, a female staff member with short hair working in the breakfast area was quite discourteous in her interactions. She appeared overwhelmed, which may have contributed to the tone of the service, but the overall experience felt unwelcoming. Switzerland is an incredibly beautiful country, and I had been looking forward to enjoying my stay fully. Unfortunately, the service attitude at this hotel detracted from what could have otherwise been a wonderful experience."

"Hotel is in a great location!! The proximity to the train station, restaurants and shops was perfect for us during our stay. I do have to say that the beds and pillow’s leave a lot to be desired as far as comfort goes. They are definitely more decorative than they are practical for use. Interlaken and the surrounding towns are absolutely beautiful and we would highly recommend visiting the area."

"Property has no air conditioning and radiators were on in the room. I was able to turn one off and after requesting help on the second was told it was locked and as low as possible. Slept with balcony door open and provided fan. Stay was April 6 and 7. "

"We had a fantastic stay at Hapimag Resort Interlaken and it was an excellent choice for our family of five. The room was very large and thoughtfully laid out, giving everyone plenty of space to relax and unwind after busy days exploring the area. The location was ideal—conveniently situated between both train stations, which made getting around incredibly easy. It was also within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and everything Interlaken has to offer. One of the standout features was the view—absolutely amazing and a perfect backdrop to our stay. Overall, a comfortable, spacious, and well-located option for families. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"Nice staff, Clean room but very basic. The family apartment is in a total different building with no elevator not connected to the hotel, you have to walk in the alley to get there. Breakfast is average to below average. Food is not labeled. "
