We booked 2 rooms. One room had 2 mugs and the other room had just paper cups. We wanted to use electric kettles, but they are not cleaned at both rooms and so dirty. That was disgusting. At one room, we could not use small shower. Receptionists and staffs at parking area are excellent, and we are very satisfied with that. Pool and gym are nice and breakfast was good. Hotel seems new and clean, and design is nice.

Estrutura do Hotel excelente. O quarto e banheiro estavam muito limpos e arrumados o tempo inteiro, mas a manutenção estava precária. Móveis descascados, cama com barulho.. O atendimento inconsistente. De um modo geral extremamente simpático, mas em compensação, alguns funcionários do front desk absolutamente rudes e antipáticos. O café da manhã bem completo, mas as coisas não são muito saborosas... vê-se que falta preocupação de servir o melhor. Mas os manobristas são um capítulo a parte, sempre com uma postura de quem está fazendo um favor e no check-out tive que buscar o carro carregando as bagagens na garagem,,, apesar de ser obrigado a pagar pelo serviço de valet... Por isso a experiência realmente não atendeu as expectativas. Fico bastante na Rede Mercure e fiquei bastante decepcionado com esta estadia.

Hotel muito bom, localizado longe do centro numa área muito boa. Ótimo café da manhã e ótimo quarto. Box do banheiro merece reforma, vaza muita água. Ótima relação custo x benefício.

Nota-se que a conservação dos quartos vem caindo ano a ano. Banheiro com infiltração, azulejos embolorados, pintura soltando. Travesseiros bem surrados, papel de parede soltando, abajures caindo, lampadas queimadas! Tá bem feia a coisa. Café da manhã com atendimento lento, café da nestle mesmo em grãos, com aquela máquina é horrivel! Notei tbem que a qualidade dos alimentos oferecidos decaiu um pouco… uma estadia de praticamente 400,00 (só o estacionamento foi mais de 30,00) já está bem cara pelo que está oferecendo

hotel ótimo, mas que infelizmente não vale o que foi pago. preços subiram absurdamente em datas específicas o que faz questionar o valor do que se recebe em relação ao que se paga. café da manhã muito bom, porém com mesas insuficientes pra todos os quartos, sem gestão ou controle da refeição por quarto. talvez um ponto a ser aperfeiçoado. fora isso, quarto impecável, limpo e super confortável.

O quarto era bom, mas os serviços do hotel deixam a desejar. Deixaram de arrumar meu quarto um dia, embora eu tivesse pedido que o fizessem. E o controle de coisas consumidas é falho. Ainda tentaram me cobrar valor maior do que o devido (pedi um filé de frango a parmegiana no restaurante e tentaram me cobrar como se fosse filé mignon a parmegiana, bem mais caro). Enfim, o serviço é falho e precisa melhorar muito.
