PESSIMO

Esse hotel é uma vergonha você paga mais de 350,00 reais na hospedagem mais estacionamento cobrado a parte para servirem um café horrível eles não repõem NADA. Mais de uma hora para repor pão de queijo aí você espera que eles estejam fazendo porém quando veio estava frio. Faltou de tudo. Limpeza dos quartos ruim. Check in lento.

me acomodei no quarto 902 no 9º andar e infelizmente o chuveiro foi um teste de paciencia para ligar. Se eu abrisse para ter quantidade de agua, ele travava e parava de sair agua, se abrisse pouco ou a agua saia gelada ou fervendo, enfim, os dois banhos que tomei em menos de 12h, foi "inesquecivel" ! travesseiros murchos, bem surrados, muito longe do que o a rede costuma oferecer.

Já foi ok, mas não dá mais para encarar! Condições dos quartos deixa muito a desejar, além da limpeza precária! Tive que trocar de quarto, porque o banheiro do que me colocaram estava nitidamente sujo, com cabelos no chão, pia e privada, além de tapete no chão todo revirado. No novo quarto, o ar condicionado não estava funcionando, tiveram que chamar um técnico para consertar. Enfim, só dor de cabeça. Com menos de 100,00 de diferença, você fica em um muito melhor, até porque difícil pior que esse! Nunca mais.

Decepcionado

Normalmente quando nos hospedamos em hotel de Rede conhecida, o mínimo que esperamos é que o padrão seja similar. Não foi o que aconteceu durante a estadia nesse hotel, afinal é Ibis Styles e não Ibis Budget. A primeira decepção foi no check-in: quando chegamos tinha apenas um recepcionista e uma fila de pessoas aguardando para fazer o check-in. Demorou um pouco mais de meia hora para sermos atendidos. A segunda decepção foi no banheiro do quarto: uma das toalhas tinha um fio de cabelo enorme dobrado no meio. Além disso não tinha shampoo no dispenser instalado e nem uma opção de mini shampoo que normalmente disponibilizam. A terceira e última decepção foi no café da manhã: uma das piores experiências em café da manhã de hotel que já tive. Tinham poucas opções, e a reposição tanto de alimentos, quanto de utensílios era demorada. Espero que melhorem, pois a localização é ótima.

Não pensamos mais em retornar para este hotel.

Tivemos uma péssima experiência nesta hospedagem. Primeiro foi nos entregue um quarto que nao haviam feito a limpeza dos hospeedes anteriores, e frigobar nao funcionada e sem higiene (tinha cabelo dentro) e o pior, fomos surpreendido no início da noite com outro hospede abrindo a porta do quarto que estavamos por erro da recepção do hotel. Ah na sexta chegamos por volta das 17 horas, fomos beber um chopp mas tinha acabado e a area comum estava imunda. Ja nos hospedemos em outros hhoteis da rede e sempre foi positivo, porém esta vez foi péssimo. Não pensamos mais em retornar para este hotel em específico.
