"Great hotel in a magical setting. Construction work outside the hotel made entering and exiting a bit chaotic. Hotel personnel were fantastic. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Worth the effort getting to especially driving in downtown Cuenca (you have to experience it to understand this comment)."
