"Very quiet, slightly away from the town centre, with good views over the estuary. Lovely relaxation downstairs. Good place to stay but don't expect to see anyone other than at breakfast time (will cook you a breakfast)."

"Rude & unfriendly manager / man at reception when we arrived, we were informed we would need to pay extra for breakfast (extra 6.10 euros each) despite us presenting our online receipt which stated breakfast was included - reason given by rude man was that we needed to pay extra because it was Holy Week. This was despite us booking weeks in advance. We chose this hotel as part of a larger trip we were doing & budget included consideration of breakfast. We could have chosen another hotel nearby and most likely treated better and paid less for what we ended up getting, ie no breakfast. Room was tiny, no coffee / tea facilities and for what we paid you can get far better quality cheaper close by, Do not recommend and we would not return. "

"Too bad we can hear sounds (shower, flushing, even snoring) from rooms around and above. It woke me up earlier than planned. Insulation would need attention but my note is only for improvement ideas, this hotel is still great."
