Very friendly and Covid Safe

Hosts were fantastic really knowledgable and friendly giving us some great pointers! Handy base to explore the area! Very Covid Secure and felt very safe, hopefully we’ll visit again when Rhyl is a hive of activity.

Awesome place to stay in Rhyl.

We stayed at the end of July/beginning of August so a lot of Wales was still shut. Our holiday was still amazing, Wayne and Will are amazing, friendly, funny and always willing to help. A brilliant place as a gateway to North Wales, we would defiantly stay again in the future and have already recommended this hotel to our friends - thank you so much

We had a warm greeting from the two owners of the pier hotel. Told us about the layout of the hotel and things near the hotel. One down point was the lack of parking, you have to park it around the corner and leave it on the road.

Awful start to our holiday!!

We turned up on Sunday night and although we had emails confirming our stay, no one was there to greet us. We waited on the porch in the cold for 10 minutes ringing the bell and calling the hotel contact numbers but no luck, even tried to Facebook message and to this day no one has answered. We eventually had to ring the head office helpline in London to try and get help. We waited a further 15 minutes before the man on the phone told us there was no one in and to call hotels.com who would “shift us” to some other hotel near ours if there was space. Bearing in mind this was late at night and we had travelled nearly 3 hours, we were not pleased. Ended up going to the local premier inn who couldn’t have been more helpful. Will never book this hotel again!! Absolutely awful service and a horrid start to our holiday. After reading the great reviews, I felt incredibly let down!

You'll feel as if you're at home than a hostel

Wayne was lovely. Made me feel welcomed as soon as I checked in and everything was just awesome. Great location to the beach and shops. Highly recommended. You'll love it!

Had a great stay room was very clean everything we needed for an overnight stay. The floorboards creaked but they are old buildings. Will definitely stay continental breakfast was very good the 2 girls cleared you table too quick before we had finished eating.

lovely hotel

The hotel was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was full of cold when I arrived and the manager kept bringing out a hot lemon drink for me at breakfast,he told me that when I came back in the evening he would make me another if I needed it. This I thought was excellent customer service and all the rooms were lovely and warm. We would come again.

THE only problem is it isnt accessible for the disabled who cant manage afairly steep staircase.I have elbiw crutches and had been placed on 2nd floor but because I had put diwn my problems online before we were given a 1st floor room with no problem in fact the owner was very helpful and sorry he had no lift.All that said room was great tv small though but unlime many hotels these days it had a watdrobe!!!There is plenty of light in room with usual facilites in seperate bathroomComfy beds radiator heated and on wakening etc down to a great selection of cereals cheeses fruit etc with hot bread rolls if required all in all for size etc great hotel.

Rhyl beachfront

Just to say a big thank you to Wayne and his team. My daughter suffers from anxiety and we were pleasantly surprised when we were allowed to check in early. we were greeted and treated like royalty. The room was clean and welcoming and breakfast was very relaxed. Would recommend anyone to say their fab!!!

The staff were super friendly, couldnt do enough. knowledgable on local restaurants attractions etc. room was lovely, great view, tea/coffee facilities and mini bar. continental breakfast was good too
