"Absolutely amazing accomodation. Nice, clean, quiet.
We spent 9 nights here and when we had to leave we were sad for going home. We'll come back here every time we are visiting Wales again.
Absolutely beautifull place to stay at"

"The check in was easy, the room was immaculate, the mini fridge was stocked with bottled water, cookies and fresh milk which was very much appreciated, the curtains were black out which was lovely, we were on the 5th floor and even with the windows open all night (as sadly it wasn't air conditioned) you couldn't hear any noise which was great! Susan on reception went above and beyond, she was super helpful and really lovely to us and our children :-) sadly our room didn't include breakfast and when we asked it was £15pp which seemed very expensive so unfortunately I can't review the breakfast. The hotel was quite expensive but with the extra touches like a mini fridge with water, cookies and fresh milk, a nespresso machine in the room, large flatscreen tv and complimentary car parking that definitely helped make it more special. I do think the breakfast price needs reviewing, I honestly thought with the price that we had paid, breakfast would be included! We walked 0.3miles and ordered a Full English breakfast with refillable tea/coffee and only paid £8.50pp! Almost half the price and it was delicious. But honestly, other than that it was a lovely hotel, very clean and with such lovely staff, thanks again Susan you really are a lovely lady xx"
"Lovely room with comfortable bed. The shower room was large and clean with very fluffy towels.
Great air conditioning in the room, complimentary tea/coffee and water bottles. Hanging rail was adequate for our 2 night stay.
The restaurant is nice. Breakfast was quite good but a tad pricey."
"Room was fine, lovely view, Daniel on reception was so jolly and welcoming ,great start to stay, paid to add breakfast on arrival, slight disappointment, buffet wasn't on when we arrived in restaurant, taking orders for each table, which in turn became a long wait,it came incorrect with overcooked poached eggs ,had to request another, as we left restaurant the buffet had been put back on, personally I'd rather chose what I want on my plate, best part was sausages, didn't really eat the rest so wasn't great value in the end, other than that blip I would stay again 😀"
"Went to Liverpool for the rugby and the hotel was in a great location, close to everything you need. The room was very comfortable and had everything you needed. Having a pool in the city centre is an added bonus especially having specified booking times so it doesn’t get too busy. Would definitely recommend!"
"The staff were all amazingly polite, professional and helpful, with a special shout out for Linda who we dealt with us at breakfast and can i say the breakfast was lovely.
The main building was spotlessly clean and modern and the health spa was fantastic.
The only downside to our stay was the lodge felt tired and could have been cleaner if it had a bit more attention to detail. Also there was no aircon and they could provide enough fans for the number of lodges they have. Overall it was a lovely stay and the staff are a credit to the place."
