This is a beautiful hotel located in the centre of the new town. The old town and a nice beach were within walking distance. Thank you to Helen who was extremely helpful and made our stay very memorable!

Helen manages the hotel just her and housekeeping women. Both were wonderful. The property perfect for me as solo traveler. Walk 10 min one way on the beach 10 the other way met my excursions. I just had room, not one with extra sitting area. Was perfect with a wonderful rainfall shower. Which to me is important..

We had a fantastic stay at villa lliotti. Helen was the perfect host from start to finish. She organised our transfers to and from the airport. The rooms were of a very high standard with quality furnishings, beds and a great bathroom. Also the housekeeping was to an excellent standard every day. Ideal location. No car required, easy access to beach, old town , new town and the port for day trips. A good mix of branded shops and tourist shops to suit eveyones needs. Everywhere is only a 5-10 minute walk away including the tour office and bus station. Fantastic restaurants and shops all around. Overall a perfect place to holiday

This was the best accommodation in my entire 9 day journey through Greece. I had 5 Cities and this was the best stay. The room was clean and quiet, bed comfortable, shower pressure and temperature superb. The best part was the fun time manager Helen who has put her heart and soul into the upkeep of this unique property.

Wat hebben wij heerlijke dagen gehad! Prachtige plek, ruime kamer, heerlijke bedden. Schoon linnengoed en dagelijkse schoonmaak. Op loopafstand van winkels, strand en oude stad. Genoeg restaurantjes in de buurt. Met de ontbijt voucher op onze eigen gewenste tijd eten, dat vond vooral mijn dochter van 15 jaar heerlijk, lekker uitslapen. Buiten een plek om lekker te zitten. Ontzettend gastvrije, sociale eigenaresse. Het zijn alle details die een verblijf fantastisch maken.

Helen was brilliant throughout our stay. When we arrived, she showed us around and made sure we had everything we needed. She gave us important details about good things to do and places to eat locally. The accommodation was fantastic, with spotless rooms that were cleaned daily. The entire place was decorated really nicely, too. Helen thoughtfully restocked our fridge with water every day so we would stay hydrated. Her warm hospitality made us feel genuinely at home. If I visit Rhodes again, I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else, as this experience made our trip truly special. I give it a perfect 10/10 and would highly recommend it — by far the best accommodation I have ever stayed in abroad (and I'm usually fussy), and that is down to the clean rooms, the friendly staff, the accessible and safe parking, and, not to mention, the location. We loved every minute of our stay. Thank you so much!

Exceptional service and location

We had a wonderful stay at Via Villa Illioti . Helen the manager went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional with great tips on places to see and restaurants to eat at. The location of the villa was within a short walk to the beach, the old town, restaurants and shopping! We highly recommend!

Its a beautiful villa, too bad nothing in the description of it states that if you book a double room, youll be staying in the basement with a tiny window looking at people's feet as they pass by. That is a big deal and it has to be disclosed to all potential guests. Because how many times do you look at a classic villa on a Greek island and say to yourself " I wonder what its like to spend our vacation in its basement? That must be a remarkable experience". The villa was sold out so the manager said she couldnt do anything about it. No options were given,no partial refunds,no cancelations. The room itself is very nice, but not without issues. There are multiple paint blisters on the walls, clearly from excessive humidity on the basement level. We also saw a large brown bug on the ceiling. The AC is quiet and modern, however, even on the lowest and quietest setting it blows cold wind right into your face because it sits right above the headboard. Because we couldnt move the bed or AC we had to improvise and partially block it with the curtain. Next day when we came back to the room we found the manager in it and the first thing she said to us was " What is going on here?!" pointing at the ac as if we were some high school kids who did something wrong. Next followed the " Why is the hand towel on the bathroom floor?You cant use it for your feet". Overall staying there felt like we were visiting a relative who is very particular about how things are run in her house.

Öncelikle mükemmel bir konumda, her yer yürüme mesafesinde. Çok güzel karşılanıyorsunuz, gelmeden önce gezilecek yerlerden tutun da yemek yiyeceğiniz yerlere kadar size özel liste hazır ve size veriliyor. Ev sahibemiz ise özellikle belirtmek lazım, çok sıcakkanlı ve yardımsever, sizi aileden biri gibi ve kendinizi evinizde hissettiriyor.
