We had a great time at Rose Hotel Faliraki. The owners are very friendly and they were very accomodating with all our requests during our stay and we are very thankful for that! The Hotel premises are very nice and family friendly especially the swimming pool area and the lobby. My 5 year old daughter had a blast at the swimming pool:) The food was also very tasty! Finally, the hotel is located walking distance to Faliraki Beach and to the bus station which connects you to the different destinations in Rhodes (Old Town, Lindos and all other beaches and even to the Airport).

Bed is so hard. Aircon doesnt works well. Shower so tight. Everything in the room needs to upgrade. Poolside is very nice I believe newly renovated. Pool is ok. Staff very nice. A little bit mis communication.

You have to pay €9.00 extra per night for aircon, they called a taxi for us which never came, we almost missed our boat trip. When we went to pay for aircon they said no as there was one day left. They did have a stove and a fridge which was useful and the pool was decent too. The shower does flood and the toilet broke. All in all it is ok as it was budget friendly. Some staff were friendly.

Amazing Wonder

This place is absolutely wonderful. I loved the fact that they have a pool and that they have a shower and bathrooms in the lobby. It's a little secluded but only 500 me from the closest market and then 1km from the city centre of Faliraki. They ahve everything. The beach and also every place you would want to eat at and buy things from. This Hotel is family friendly. They have a kiddy pool and a fence around the pool yard. The owner and the employees are absolutely kind, accommodating, give better service than most or any other hotels I know. The room was good and comfortable to sleep in. We were happy to also have our own little kitchen unit in the room. So for us who ate more food from the market shop and not in restaurants, it was super helpful. Love it. I'm already planning our family vacation to be here. And we will stay in This Hotel❤️🙏😉

We loved everything about The Rose. We were made to feel special. Nothing was too much trouble. They couldn’t do enough and we could see they pleased all there guests. The place was so clean and will be returning. Highly recommend to everyone.

Paid air condition.

customer service was terrible. (there was good employees in the whole house who were nice and helped). Air conditioning had to be paid for separately, even though the reservation said that air conditioning was included in the hotel reservation. So I needed two pay twice of air condition. There wasn't even a hair dryer in the room and the towels were dirty.

1. The property plays with your order as it sees fit in times of higher number of persons and disregards your actual order, providing you with lower standard one on their whim. 2. When they realise that you are not going to let this slide, they are becoming increasingly rude. After two minutes of conversation, the receptionist simply walked away, apparently too busy to handle a situation the hotel themselves created. 3. She acted this way until the end of my stay. My excursion bus left without me as she did not care to let me know it was here. 4. The room...It was not at all the room on the pictures. Like already mentioned, they put me on the lower standard room, with worse interior, less space and an astonishing view of... a huge dirty rooftop over the first floor (which obviously covered most of the view). This, despite the room being called "Room with a Land view". 5. The room was dirty upon arrival - I have unfortunately learned that a long-haired brunette lived in the room before me. Had to buy cleaning supplies and clean myself. The cleaning was available during the stay though. 6. After a few days, I have learned that I have a neighbour - a 10cm spider, which I had an adventure of catching for the next several days. Cleaning obviously ignored him (not sure if he paid his stay there) 7. Noise. You need to be prepared to a loud buzzing noise of the birds sitting on the tree next to your window and waking you up in the morning. Not a hotel's fault, but still annoying.

Der Platz in meinem Badezimmer war sehr begrenzt, alleine aber ausreichend. Lediglich der nicht vorhandene Duschvorhang war unpraktisch und abends brauchte das Wasser etwas bis es warm wurde.Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit , das Hotel und das Zimmer einfach , aber sauber mit kleinem Balkon zum abends raussitzen und kleiner Kochnische mit Kühlschrank. Jeden zweiten Tag wurde gereinigt und frische Handtücher bereit gelegt . Der Poolbereich war schön mit Liegestühlen und Palmen und nie überfüllt . Von der Lage ein kleiner Fußweg von ca gemütlichen 15min bis ans Meer und Ortszentrum mit Restaurants , Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ich hatte mit Mietwagen eine mega tolle Zeit auf Rhodos und vermisse jetzt schon die Gastfreundschaft und die Sonne.

L’établissement est un pur mensonge, linge sale, bien plus loin de tout que ce qu’ils ont dit. La famille qui gère l’hôtel n’est pas serviable. Si vous avez de la chance vous tombez sur le bon réceptionniste, et sinon il ne vous parle pas et vous prépare une chambre individuelle avec du linge sale lorsque vous êtes 2.

Vid incheckning fick vi ett rum där det luktade så starkt av cigarettrök att det stack i ögonen, där handfatet läckte och där det saknades duschdraperi och vi knappt fick något varmvatten i duschen. Vi fick byta till ett annat rum där luften var bättre men där läckte det från toalettstolen istället. Receptionen och de gemensamma inte utrymmena var rätt fräscha men standarden på rummen betydligt lägre. Slitna ytskikt, trasiga hållare/hängare, rangliga möbler samt begränsat med varmvatten. Personalen var dock tillmötesgående och trevliga under hela vistelsen. Rena handdukar varannan dag ungefär vilket uppskattades. Hotellets utemiljö upplevdes dock rätt ovårdad och eftersatt.

An der Unterkunft angekommen. Um 17:00 Uhr wollten wir im Zimmer einchecken. Die Rezeption hat uns zum Zimmer geführt und hat uns Tür geöffnet. Das Zimmer war komplett dreckig von den vorigen Gästen. Das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, die Hotel Frau von der Rezeption wusste selber nicht weiter. Wir gingen erst mal runter mussten eine halbe Stunde warten, bis sie uns ein anderes Zimmer gegeben hat Als wir im Zimmer dann drinne waren War das Zimmer sehr dreckig. Handtücher alle mit Flecken die Bettbezüge waren dreckig fleckig, das Badezimmer hatte überall Flecken und Dreck sowie die Klobrille. Die Klimaanlage war kaputt und die Küchenplatte verschmutzt Der Kühlschrank hat auch nicht funktioniert, am nächsten Tag als wir zum Strand wollten und an den Simon vorbei gelaufen sind, haben wir gesehen, wie die Putzfrauen mit dem Badezimmer schon den Boden gewischt haben. So ein schmutziges Hotel habe ich in meinem Leben noch nie gesehen und werde auch nie wieder dahingehen, wenn ich nur Sterne geben könnte, hätte ich -0 gegeben. Das Zimmer sollte alle zwei Tage gereinigt und neu Handtücher gebracht werden. Von den sieben Tagen wo wir da waren, wurde es nur einmal gereinigt unter Asteri war erst auf Anfrage wurde gereinigt und S auf 60 € für die Klimaanlage in Rechnung gestellt.

Majoituspaikan yleiset tilat olivat samannäköisiä kuin kuvissa. Huone oli muuten ok mutta wc tila oli todella hankala, koska suihkussa ei ollut suihkuverhoa, joten wc oli kauttaaltaan märkä. Suihkun pää suihki myös vettä ympäriinsä ja välillä tuli vaan kylmää tai kuumaa vettä. Huoneessa oli käytössä yksi avain, joten aina kun huoneesta lähti ilmastointi lakkasi. Huoneen kylmenemisessä kesti myös kohtuuttoman kauan. Lakanat olivat valmiiksi likaiset, ja siivous tuli vain 2x vierailumme aikana. Uima-allas pyyhkeet olivat vanhoja muiden ihmisten jättämiä, joissa oli reikiä. Aamiainen oli rajallinen vaikka oli lista.

Edullinen ja helppo paikka, rauhallinen alue

Hyvä asiakaspalvelu, tilava pysäköintialue, soittivat lääkärin pikaisesti paikalle, kun tuli tarpeen, eivätkä lisäveloittaneet late check outista sairaalaan joutumisen vuoksi. Iloinen henkilökunta :) Kivannäköinen makuuhuoneen sisustus. Sijainti Falirakin keskuksen lähellä, kivoja shoppailupaikkoja siellä. Miinuksena huoneen liiallinen kosteus, oli vähän tunkkainen, sekä oli hyttysiä huoneessa ja muurahaisia jonkin verran. Pimennysverhoja oltaisiin kaivattu, kun oli suht valoisaa.
