Outstanding service!
We are really happy with our stay.
Generally; Walking distance everywhere, relaxing atmosphere, nice room and good hygine standards. To add; the breakfeast lounge, in the 5th floor, is the perfect place for the morning coffee.
The reason for this beeing a 10/10 hotel, is no doubt the service of the staff. They helped us with whatever we needed and was always eager to interact with us.

Una stella di troppo, ma un buon approdo
Quattro stelle meriterebbero qualcosa di più in fatto di colazione, ma nel complesso è una struttura ben tenuta, con camera spaziosa, terrazzo attrezzato, bagno con phon e cambio d i asciugamani. Un bollitore elettrico, un televisore al plasma, un frigorifero, aria condizionata completano la dotazione della camera. Ottimo il wifi presente in tutta la struttura. Personale sorridente e cordiale. L'hotel è all'imbocco di una delle aree pedonali più ricca di negozi e locali per mangiare e bere. La bella spiaggia è a 5 minuti a piedi.

Det var et fint hotell mitt i byen. Jeg var der bare en natt, men kunne lett vært der lengre. Hjelpsomme og positive de som jobbet der. Frokosten som var inkludert var mye bedre enn jeg hadde forventet. Helt klart et sted jeg ville overnattet på igjen👍😊

Fint hotell med bästa läge mitt i stan. Trevlig receptionist, sur servitris vid frukosten som bara blängde och inte hälsade. Rummet var fint och bekvämt, men dessvärre fanns ingen bäddmadrass så det var lite hårt att sova. Frukosten erbjöd flera alternativ att äta, men det fanns ingen riktig smörgåskorv och -skinka, utan substitut. Juicen var vattnig. Men jag rekommenderar ändå hotellet för dess läge och fina inredning.

The pictures and description for this hotel do not give a true account. Impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the air conditioning however for a four star hotel we feel we were let down. Our room had a kettle and two cups however there were no other provisions, not even a spoon. True this was not promised however there is an implication in the advertising of facilities, particularly when viewing the photos online.
The cups were not washed and by the end of the week, despite cleaning these ourselves, without soap they did become grubby.
The beds were comfortable however we were disheartened at the noisy plastic mattress protectors and the holes in the sheets and towels provided periodically throughout the week. Pillows were very comfy. The wifi was intermittent, often disappearing completely for several hours.
I question the claim of a restaurant and bar, during our stay there was a room which I would assume could be utilised as this however it was empty, on the last day of our stay there was clearly refurbishments being undertaken however if this service is advertised as available any change should be communicated to guests as a common courtesy.
Fantastic location in Rhodes and balcony position was second to none. The hotel was happy to look after our cases after check out free of charge. The begrudging customer service provided by of one member of staff let the rest down.
If the hotel was marketed at a lower star rating this review would have been different.

Trevlig personal från reception till städ och nattvakt. Hotellet är inte så bra ljudisolerat mellan rummen men under denna årstiden med mest äldre som bor där är det inga problem. Frukost helt ok med ägg korv bacon bönor grönsaker. Kan absolut återvända med fru & fira fler födelsedagar. Mvh Bea / Edith

Ensimmäinen yö jouduttiin viettämään pienessä huoneessa, mutta seuraavana päivänä vastaanoton rouva oli siirtänyt meidän tavarat mukavaan huoneeseen neljänteen kerrokseen ja saatiin vielä ilmastointi kupantekijäisiksi . Ihan tyytyväisiä ollaan pääasiassa.
