It it self check-in with no staff on site. Communication is via intercom. It was a bit of a hassle at first and I was quite frighten not knowing what to do. But once you get the system, it’s quite efficient. Tour bus pick up is just 1 minute away. Room is very clean and bed very comfortable

No staff at all. Very confusing finding room. Did not receive any notifications on how to get into the room and nobody there to help. No restaurants nearby. Industrial area. Far from city center. Would not recomend this hotel. Would not return.

Great location with all the basics. Nice seating area at lobby with restrooms but there are no staff at premises ever. Passcode entry has its issues. Door keypad can be tricky. In our case, battery was low and we needed to call number provided during reservation. This was solve very rapidly.

Property advertised breakfast available but none was. Advertised bag drop while room was being readied but this was also unavailable. Check in to the room was also cumbersome while having to talk to a person off premises and only connected by phone for two minutes at a time before being cut off. Also communication was not secure. Room number and door code were communicated by a tablet attached to the front door that could be heard by anyone around. This meant we had to keep all our important documents/items with us at al times as we didn’t feel safe to leave anything in the room while we went out. This should be corrected in their description on your site.

Not really a hotel as such we found and terrible communication with the offsite staff. Check in was done by an intercom at the front door but it only works for a few minutes so I got cut off when being told the access code and had to ring back. The room is nicely furnished but the main light was so dim it was hard to tell. The shower worked well but wasn’t sealed so only a brief shower was needed to start to flood the bathroom, other reviews mention this. We e mailed to ask the WiFi code as there was no password in the room but never got a reply. Later we found details by turning on the TV but this was never mentioned during check in. Fine for one night stay but poorly run. We received one E mail asking when we were checking out before we even arrived. After that they weren’t interested in communicating. Sadly a thumbs down from us.

Never saw staff which was fine, email was sent with checkin info. Perfect spot for a good night sleep after traveling for a long time, close to downtown and walkable to many spots in town.
