非常接近Stop 10，且食肆林立，述有24小時超市，每次參加本地遊等車前必會光顧。另外，酒店物品清潔度佳。

the location are superb - close to low to high price restaurants, souvenir shops and especailly pick up points is just opposite of the road (no. 10 bus stop). stayed here for 4 nights, hotel room so far is clean and tidy but little out dated. I could still place 1pc of big luggage with little walk space in the room. a desk is provided and it is big enough to place PCs, charges etc. beds are big enough with soft pillow - I had a good sleep every night! toilet bowl, bath area and sink got enough space. although sink could not place too much stuff on it but large enough to clean any clothes. hair dryer can be dried quickly there is a corner open storage 2 tier drawer which could place clothes. the water from tap is clean and no rusty stuff running out at all (understand from local tour that the tap water could actually drink directly. there is no need to boil which will be damaging the environment) the lights in room are bright enough even covered by the curtain (tho there is nearly 24hrs day light time during my visitation in summer) there is a a small balcony out of my room too! staff is nice and friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

Pros: 1) Located in the centre of the downtown; right next to bus stop #10. 2) Staff was very nice, offering luggage storage service. 3) No kitchen at the hotel, yet the staff told us that we might use the kitchen at 101 Guesthouse which was opposite to the hotel. We haven't tried though. Cons: 1) The soundproof of the room is just so-so. We could sometimes hear a bit noise of people who went clubbing on Friday night.

Area is close to bus stops and walkable to city center. Close to shops and eateries. Staff very helpful with questions I had regarding transportation prior to arrival. No one at lobby. We were let in remotely. It was not explained that keys would be in the room. The woman at the Boba shop begrudgingly helped us. She had a sign not to ask her anything about the hotel, which I did not see 😁

The location is fantastic. Across the street from a major bus stop (Hop On Hop Off, Flybus and tours. Lots of stors and restaurants nearby. Convenient store nearby that serves coffee and other hot items. The room was OK but when I asked about the laundry facilities, I was told that there was only a washer and it would be close to $50 CAD to dona wash. The availability of a washer/dryer should be removed from the description.

The property is very centrally located but it was extremely run down and dirty. The mattress was terrible and the sheets were threadbare. The walls were dirty in the bathroom and had chipped paint on windows and walls.

Located on Laugavegur/Snorrabraut, which can be noisy, but also within walking distance from city center and 50m from shuttle stop. Small 24/7 store close by. Note that hotel reception if unmanned so you need ring the bell when arriving. Hotel has no proper lobby, but can store your loggage until your room is ready.
