Der Service war hervorragend. Das gleiche gilt fudas Frühstücksbuffet. Im Laola Bowling Club und im Laola Garden kann man hervorragend essen.
Das Schwimmbad und der Sauna Bereich müssen Mal renoviert werden.
Ansonsten war alles top.

Der Aufenthalt war schön nach Preis Leistung sehr gut. Das Appartment war groß und gut ausgestattet. Aber für die günstigen Preis muss man auch akzeptieren, dass nicht alles perfekt ist. Es gab kleine Mängel.
- Ein Metalltisch mit Hohlkörper ist nur bedingt in einem Familienzimmer mit kleinen Kindern geeignet.
- Die Batterie des Schlosses an der Tür musste ausgetauscht werden.
- Ein Techniker musste den Fernsehr neu einstellen, weil der Fernsehempfang gestört war.
- Das Lattenrost am Bett ist leicht rausgebrochen
- Die Umkleiden im Bereich des Schwimmbads sind sehr klein und für Babys ungeeignet.
Technische Mängel wurden schnell durch die Haustechnik behoben. Das Personal hat schnell reagiert.

Die Aussicht auf den Park war einen Baustelle! Der Gesamtzustand der Anlage ist, für eine Anlage die erst zwei Jahre alt ist, mäßig. Die Ausstattung des Apartments war mangelhaft, es fehlte ein Tisch und die Ausstattung mit Geschirr war ein Witz. Duschabtrennung war defekt, man musst auspassen, sie nicht auszuhängen. Benutzung des Spa-Bereichs erst nach Rückfrage, angeblich nicht im Buchungsumfang von Expedia enthalten. Und in der Sauna dann mit Badekleidung... Der Speisesaal mit Bahnhofscharme, das Essen auf Kantinenniveau.

Jest to teren budowy. Codziennie od 7 rano hałas. Zarezerwowaliśmy pokój z 2 sypialniami dostaliśmy z 1. Brak info o dodatkowej opłacie za zwierzęta . Miejsce nie warte swojej ceny. Nie polecam

W ofercie przedstawionej przez ''Hotels.com'' jest dużo nie prawidłowości,np. dwie sypialnie + pokój dzienny(była jedna sypialnia i pokój dzienny),miała być wanna''głęboko zanurzeniowa''(podobno hotel nie posiada takich łazienek),widok na park(a był na blok obok),mnóstwo ukrytych kosztów(basen20zł/osoby,parking płatny+opłaty klimatyczne-powinno to wszystko być w cenie,a cena za dobę jest niewspółmierna do jakości,np.meble w każdym z apartamentów są inne,czyli zdjęcia które oglądamy to wizualizacje projektantów,nie mające nic wspólnego z rzeczywistością), na plus zasługuje pani w recepcji która w związku z niespełnieniem naszych oczekiwań zaproponowała nam parking i basen gratis. Dużym minusem jest brak możliwości zwrotu za zapłacony hotel, tak jakby wiedzieli że klienci mogą mieć oto pretensję.Brak zasięgu,a w Tv co chwile urywał się sygnał-dno, bardzo słabe ciśnienie wody w kranie,brak ciepłej wody od około 8:00 do około 14:00(dwa dni tak było). Także budynek super -nówka nie śmigany lokalizacja też ok, ale trzeba zabrać ze sobą dużo kasy. Aby nie odstraszyć klientów nie ma tych wszystkich informacji w ofercie. Bardzo nie ładnie...
