Loved this place! The staff is excellent and has several English speakers so we never had any problems. Breakfast was great and the daily housekeeping staff did an excellent job.

Two night stay with family and dog

Amazing stay. Friendly staff. Hotel with great pool, outdoor warm bath tube and spa. Very good breakfast with a lot of food. Free coffee & non alcoholic beverages during the stay. Great choice for hikers.

Friendly staff, great room, great food. Nothing to do with the hotel but there were quite a bit of smokers when we stayed and if you sleep with your window open, you can 'enjoy' their smoke while in bed...

The hotel is old and not very friendly to Americans at least the day I was there. No place to eat, so they charge for dinner buffet and when asked if anything else around I was told by the staff that there is one but you need a reservation. They get you for it is in the middle of no where and we arrived late and did not want to drive 30 minutes for dinner when they were possibly closed. I would find something else if I had to do it again.

Absolutely wonderful mountain hotel! A little off the beaten path, so you’ll do best with your own car. The location was picturesque, the food and service excellent, and the room was amazing at a great value! Beautiful outdoor hot tub overlooking the mountainside. My only word of caution is the reception desk has limited hours (doesn’t open till 0800) so plan accordingly if you want to check out earlier. Also, breakfast opens at 0730 so there is no coffee available before that time. Very drivable distance to and from Neuschwanstein Castle. I highly recommend it to any traveler looking for a quiet paradise in the Austrian Alps.

Hyggelig sted med noen forbedringspotensiale

Fint stort hotell. God frokost. Hyggelig betjening. Vi bodde der bare 1 natt men kunne ønsket oss at rommene var utstyrt med strykejern og et lite kjøleskap, noen glass etc. Da alle fasiliteter på hotellet stenger kl. 21 og man blir sittende litt på rommet på kvelden.

Wir waren 2 Nächte hier. Das Personal war super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war ganz okay. Die Matratzen waren eine Katastrophe, viel zu weich und durchgelegen. Das Spielplatz muss dringend gerichtet werden.... oder ist das Motto vom Hotel auf dem Spielplatz: no risk, no fun

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön. Über die Jahre wurde sowohl innen, wie aussen immer wieder modernisiert. Die Ausstattung des uns zur Verfügung gestellten Zimmers war neuwertig und hatte praktisch kein Gebrauchspuren. Das Bad ist groß (ganz praktisch solange die Kinder mit ins Bad gehen) und modern mit geräumiger Regendusche. Die Verpflegung (Frühstück/Abendessen) war ebenfalls gut. Qualitativ höherwertig als das was man in manchem 4sterne Hotel in Buffettform serviert bekommt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Hallenbad ist ebenfalls sauber gewesen und absolut im Rahmen dessen was andere Hotels anbieten. Genial für die Kleineren ist die kleine Plantschlandschaft mit warmem Wasser. Alles in allem passen Preis-Leistung.
