"I drive to the hotel,they charge me for parking at check in.when i drive back at 8pm, the parking lot is full. I mentioned about it when i check out,but still get charged for parking at the invoice.so if you drive,choose another hotel"

1. no clear information for carpark.
2. No telephone inside the guest room . if any emergency, who should I call?
3. No slipper provide.
4. I don't expect Marriott group hotel can provide so un standard breakfast. How csn hotle charge us a expensive breakfast charge."
