Bon hôtel
Très bon point de chute pour visiter Réthymnon et les environs. Etablissement en bord de mer, avec piscine, agréable. Très grande chambre, avec kitchenette.

This is a rather quiet family-style hotel, great to stay with kids or as a couple that is not really into partying. The hotel is a bit shabby but has all the basics needed. The lovely thing is that it has multiple cottages and is on the first line to the seaside.
We only had breakfasts and they were very-very basic, to be honest, and very routine. With such a variety of fresh fruit on Crete, it was weird to get only the watermelon, and you had to come on time to get it :).
The worst thing about the hotel and its beach is smoking. Probably, it's common for most areas on Crete, but it is very annoying to wake up with a smell of cigarettes coming from a neighbouring room or at the beach.
But for the rest it was a good unpretentious stay and the team really tries to make their guests comfortable.
