If you're arriving from another town on Lake Atitlán, keep in mind that the last public boat to Tzununa usually departs at 5:30 PM. After that, your only option for transportation is privately or to take a tuk tuk from nearby San Marcos La Laguna. Expect quiet evenings and early nights.
