The hotel is pricing themselves at 5 star level and is rated as 5 star hotel. Elevator was broken and we were offered to use the service elevator. The breakfast area , Tables were dirty. Staff was cleaning only the table mates and not the actual table. Ants were part of their breakfast buffet. everyone had to line up to get their coffee or tea.
YOU ARE PAYING FOR 5 STAR AND GETTING 2 STAR SERVICE AND QUALITY
