O hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa, a única ressalva foi a cama de colcha duro, na minha opinião, e o travesseiro não era macio!!!

Boa hospedagem Equipe atendimento atenciosa Somente não gostamos desse tipo de box estilo português onde o vidro cobre apenas metade do espaço molhando o banheiro após o uso do chuveiro para banho. E do chuveiro elétrico que dava leve choque na torneira.

Impecável

Fiquei hospedado com a minha noiva durante 3 dias e o serviço foi impecável. Ficamos na suite 317 e adoramos a acomodação. Café da manhã excelente assim como o serviço de quarto. As recepcionistas e camareiras sempre muito atenciosas. Minha noiva não quer outro hotel em Resende.

Hospedagem bastante agradável

Fiquei apenas uma noite, mas sempre que necessário voltarei com certeza. A localização do hotel é ótima, com opções de alimentação próximas. O café da manhã poderia ser um pouco melhor, mas mesmo como está foi ótimo.

Falta de limpeza em parte do quarto.

Já havia estado em outras viagens neste hotel, por sinal muito bom, porém nessa viagem ficou um pouco a desejar a limpeza em parte do quarto ao qual estive hospedado. Embaixo de uma das camas(Casal), uma parte estava com uma sujeira, o que em comparação com as outras viagens nada fora constatado nesse sentido. Reitero o excelente atendimento de todos os funcionários com os quais tive proximidade e não será esse pequeno descuido que deixarei de me hospedar outras vezes caso seja necessário. A minha reclamação é apenas para que continuem sendo como antes. Grato!

Velho e defasado. Parado no tempo.

Escolhi o tipo de apto mais caro, visando ter mais espaço e conforto.. Ar condicionado não gela, não trocaram as toalhas, ainda que as tivesse usada, não restaurante a noite nem room service. Apartamento velho, banheiro idem. Café da manhã básico, mas nada apetitoso. Um monte de doces e bolos.. se salvam as frutas.! Tá na hora da concorrência inaugurar algo melhor…

Hotel Excelente!!

Excelente o hotel, apesar da interrupção temporária de energia elétrica por parte da operadora local, o tratamento dos funcionários e a cordialidade de todos, desde a chegada até a saída, não sabiam o que fazer para nos prestar o melhor atendimento. Ótimo local, super indicado a quem precisar de hospedagem quando pela cidade ou proximidades.
