「Harika bir konaklama yaşadık. Otelin temizliği çok iyiydi. Sadece cadde üzeri olduğu için çok otoyol gürültüsü vardı. Yetkili Nesim bey bize çok yardımcı oldu check out saati konusunda esneklik sağladı güleryüzlğ ve misafirperver idi.」

「The apartment was already occupied as we showed up. In the end the owner put us up in his other hotel. He was very friendly, but the hotel was nothing like the stay we had expected. Beds that broke when you sat on them. The same for the shower and not the cleanest. 」

「We had to wait for an hour after agreed upon check-in time to get our key, we could not reach the host, the apartment was dirty, we had no warm water and on one occasion no water at all. Though the apartment is in a good location, it is right next to the tramway, which is very noisy and causes the entire apartment to shake every five minutes. All in all, a terrible experience.」

「Brilliant property set in an amazing stunning location Brilliant amenities, pool was great, lovely outdoor kitchen area You do need to get a car or taxi to get anywhere though but that wasn’t too bad and we asked them for a taxi number which they quickly sent over so great communication 」

「We are a family of 4 2 adults and 2 girls ages 10 and 6. We are from Denmark and have traveled all over the world. This was our first trip to Neum in Bosnia-Herzegovina, and was a stop on the way on our Balkan trip. We did not expect much of this place as we were just staying 1 night we didn’t spend so much on the room as it was a stopover, but wish we should have stayed longer. The location is perfect and the view from our room was just amazing. Literally the Villa is 1st. Row to the water only...
