"I believe this was the first time staying at a Marriott Hotel and I have to say the experience was a solid 9/10. From the moment we arrived the front desk staff and the restaurant/bar team were outstanding - friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They really set the tone for the great stay. We stayed in room 538 which had a king size bed that was incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious clean and had excellent blackout shades, which made it easy to relax and sleep. The only issue we ran into was the morning cleaning staff starting around 7 AM. There was a lot of loud talking near the linen room as if people were shouting across a long distance. One morning, I had to leave early for errands and could clearly hear someone talking very loudly again. When I opened the door I saw one of the cleaning staff on her phone, using a hands-free device speaking loudly from inside the linen room. I asked why are you so loud and she just smiled without saying anything. It felt inconsiderate to guest who might still be sleeping. Aside from that everything else about the stay was excellent. The hotel itself the amenities and especially the front desk and the restaurant staff made the experience extremely positive. I would definitely stay here again - I just hope management can address the early morning noise from housekeeping."

"This establishment is very old and not maintained well. The pool room smells strongly of mold, the carpets throughout are old and dirty. The main building doors do not lock and the room doors do not lock appropriately. The room was not clean, the hallways smell of cigarette smoke and marijuana. People are actively smoking throughout the building hallways, some staff. It is obvious that this establishment is poorly managed. Photos and recordings were sent to corporate, I ended my stay 1 day in related to safety issues, poor services (WiFi) and the corporate team did refund and support concerns."

"Bathroom is ok but the tub and toilet look like they are 40 years old. The tub didn’t drain well and the shower never got very hot. The overall room was fine. The in room coffee maker wasn’t good. That should be replaced/updated. The bed was comfortable. "

"Room was super clean, staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is there was some kind of event for high schoolers this weekend it was still pretty loud after 10 pm but otherwise my stay was great! Will definitely be back "

"The staff were very rude. The room was not properly stocked with toiletries, linens, ice bucket and cups. When we asked staff for items they said they would be up in 5 minutes which they never came and we had to keep calling them. They acted like they did not want to be bothered. This will be our last time staying here it seems each time it is something new."
