"Great locatuon to the airport. First room had some issues, not cleaned properly could go into more detail, but since i brought it to the attention of the hotel, mgmt did an awesome job of resolving the issue. Hotel associate Zeny at the front desk was super nice and very helpful and made our stay very nice. We will be back soon. Casino is clean and well lite. Valet could.use extra help waited over 20 minutes and parked the car myself. Nice restraunts and Starbucks. Lots of staff to guide you to the correct room. Shuttle to airport every half hour is good."

"Bathroom was plugged with water was coming out from the toilet. I called reception its been 2 hrs nobody has come need to use bathroom i ask change room and nothing this will be my last time ever book to this hotel from customer service to maintenance and cleanliness. horrible DONT RECOMMEND "
