"Conveniently location if travelling in/out of SCL. The free transfer service is good and is arranged via WhatsApp for specific times so that there are no long waits. Bar and restaurant had a good choice of options available. During the trip, I also stayed a night at the Hilton Garden Inn airport. Wyndham was so much nicer in all ways. The cleanliness of the hotel and amenities and a better organised shuttle bus (they only ran once and hour!). If you’re deciding between the 2, choose the Wyndham."

"Excelente atención y disposición del personal. Camas cómodas. Dispensadores de agua en los pisos así como en el lobby. Incluso en la habitación disponen una botella de vidrio reutilizable. Habitaciones bien aisladas del ambiente exterior, incluyendo el ruido y temperatura. Un centro comercial moderno está al pasar la calle donde hay restaurantes, cafés y comercio. En el desayuno una excelente variedad de alimentos. Frutas, panes, panecillos, lacteos, cafés, infusione, té, variedad de huevos y acompañantes calientes y fríos. Entre esos quesos y jamones. Entiendo que recién estaban estrenando carta en en restaurante. Una muy buena variedad y calidad de alimentos. El entrecot a la parrilla puede estar en el top 3 de carnes que me he comido. Viajo por trabajo por lo cual visito diferentes países con frecuencia. Antes ya me había hospedado acá y regresaré siempre que esté en Santiago."

"Our experience was wonderful in Solace Hotel Santiago. Clean and comfortable rooms, breakfast and dinner very good. We loved the sunset view from the terrace with nice music . The staff were extremely amable and helpful. We got in early morning from USA . Staff arranged to be picked at airport and although checking in was at 3 pm we were accommodated upon our arrival , so we could rest . Everything was great!"
