"You think the staff is nice and they seem to mean well. Yet, when your AC is out, WiFi doesn’t work, and then as they’re fixing it while you’re out, you get locked out. I think it’s more incompetence for a place that charges nearly $200 a night for a big room. Then, the folks at Expedia try to reach them by phone or email to claw back a refund and the hotel doesn’t seem to respond. Honestly, Expedia should delist this hotel. "Gloomy and run down dark carpets and dark chipped furniture. Did not enjoy one but. Hotel next door didn’t open until 7 and it did not look promising. WiFi did not work and poor 4g signal"

"I love this place. great location, very friendly staff and an amazing breakfast. You can't go wrong with this choice it's perfect."

"One night there. Receptionist was good. A woman very nice. Also next morning the gentleman servicing breakfast too. The not so good is the swimming pool that room was not warm and water not so hot especially when outside was snowing. The dinner was the other thing. Food was good and portions were great but the maitre or waiter was not very helpful at all."
