"Rude staff, advertised amenities not available, RUDE staff, dirty, RUDE STAFF.... there was also an entire family including a little girl probably around 8 years old.... the man and I'm assuming hos wife were incredibly rude. I would up canceling and staying elsewhere, but I have NEVER experienced such horrible service. The rudeness began the minute I walked in. It increased when I asked about the pool as that was the only reason I booked this hotel. Apparently they took it over a month ago and...

"No breakfast due to no permit. Something weird happened with my check-in…someone else was checked into our room when we got there. After a half an hour and last midnight, it was not resolved, so they let us use another room. Room was dumpy, hard mattress and sheets smelled. I would chose the other hotels in area instead of this one next time."

"This was an extended stay hotel that we stayed at for 3 days. It was a very clean, friendly staffed and nice place. Being an extended hotel the thing to beware of is there’s a small stove and large fridge/freezer in the room, ice trays and great shower, but no breakfast which wasn’t a problem. It was in a great location, secure, very quiet and staffed by friendly people. Paid laundry facilities and ample and free exercise room."
