「Giannis was very attentive and customer oriented. He actually drove us to our room in 2 groups. The reason I rated the overall trip at 2 stars was the billing problem. 「Lack in communication around check in. We could not check in until 16 so they offered us to store the bags in another hotel. There we were met by a very rude and angry person. Accommodating was better then expected and location is fantastic. 」
