Appalling customer service

The checkin info was misleading, we were told that were able to check in at any time but when we reached the accommodation, there was no staff there to entertain us. Ended up having to sleep in the car at a service station. :(

Télé neuve non montée avec câble non conforme, inutilisable. Pas de réponse au n de tél dédié. Aucune aide efficace du personnel sur place. "Paye et tais-toi"

Séjour à résidence Laudine

Une nuit passée à la résidence Laudine. Arrivée vers 17 h , un peu déroutée de ne trouver personne à la réception et l’impression de ne pas être dans un hôtel. Appartement correct. Il aurait été intéressant de trouver du produit pour vaisselle ainsi qu’un torchon de cuisine. Bon emplacement on a pu trouver une place de parking gratuite à proximité et l’hôtel n’est pas trop loin du centre-ville

Séjour résidence laudine

J'ai passé un bon séjour, appartement propre, le robinet de salle de bain bougeait, ça doit être un chauffage collectif, car defois je n'avait pas super chaud. Mais sinon dans l'ensemble ça allait. Parfois un peu galère pour trouver de la place dans la rue. Mais sinon j'aurais pu prendre le parking sous terrain mais c'était un petit budget supplémentaire par nuitée. (9€) le petit déjeuner nikel rien a redire... Si je devais y retourner ça serait sans problème tout de même.

Séjour pour le travail, la résidence est bien située et facilement accessible. Par contre seul bémol dans le récapitulatif il serait judicieux de préciser par où on accède à la résidence!

Séjour agréable

La chambre est propre, bien équipée. L'endroit est plutôt calme, on se trouve à environ 30 mn à pied du centre ville. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et le personnel aimable.

Accueil agréable et à l'écoute, prévoir le parking souterrain si vous rentrez tard pour 7€, la chambre poussiéreuse et sale avec des cheveux et poils presque partout. Salle de bain prévoir des claquettes car pas de cuve de douche. Situation géographique impeccable. J'espere que les critiques amélioration appart hôtel car ça vaux le coup. Merci à hôtesse pour son accueil .
