Rooms are tiny! TV is poorly placed. No regular coffee, just decaf, in the room. Staff, who were very friendly, said they had been out for a week. Walls are thin. Railroad on one side, highway on the other so noise all night. The friendly staff makes up for a lot of shortcomings of the property so I would stay there again. Skip Dennys and go into town to Jerry’s Cafe. New Mexican food to die for!

Lost power which wasn’t their fault but there was no communication. Staff seemed short except for the woman working the desk in the morning. Clean hotel with really nice rooms and comfortable beds. Pool was clean and warm.

Very nice for a freeway close property. Quiet. Nice little kitchen suite. Bed was a little lumpy or something.

Expensive for room noise
It was alright. I heard my heavy foot neighbors walking around above me most of the night and the person to the side of me. I think there were 9 cars in the parking lot and I think they group everyone all in the same area.

Miscommunication between Hotels.com & actual Hotel
I booked a one bedroom suite with Hotels.com but when arrived, I was told there were no more one bedroom suites to be had and townplace suites wasn’t sure why hotels.com let me book a one bedroom suite when none were available. Big miscommunication and definitely disappointing. Was told I couldn’t get a refund through towneplace suites that I would have to contact hotels.com so I am looking for a refund on the extra amount I paid for a one bedroom suite when that was not what I stayed in.

AVOID! Filthy - Hairs in toilet/tub/sink
Very disappointed as room was not cleaned. Dog food left in fridge, food in microwave and coffee pot covered in dust. Room was not vacuumed. Hairs in toilet and tub. Staff was very friendly. Very nice lady at front desk.

The facility is a kind of new building. The room with small kitchen is convenient for me. Only I do not understand why they charged additional charge after check-out. I found this charge when I checked my credit card statement. When I asked the front desk clerk (lady) during the check-out process, she said "no charge"; I am holding the invoice showing no charge. I hope they correct it ASAP.

At check in, we authorize your card for incidentals which is only an authorization and not a charge. That authorization will show as pending for around 5 to 7 business days after check out, then it will be released back to you. That process depends on your bank. By now, you should see the pending authorization released back to your account. We will work with our front desk and use this as a teaching opportunity to ensure incidental authorizations are explained at check in. The staff at check was excellent. He found a room on the bottom floor which was what we wanted. The room was wonderful except the garbage disposal didn't work and there was no coffee pot. Not big deals. Just an FYI. We loved the room.

We will stay again
This hotel was exactly what we needed with a full refrigerator, small stove, dishwasher and all dishes and pots and pans needed to cook a meal. Everything was clean and breakfast was decent.

TownePlace Suites
This was a one-night stay on a long trip. The only complaint about the hotel was that the bathtub did not have a stopper. The room was very nice, comfortable and clean. I will stay here again.

I make my reservation vía expidia and I book a room 2queens and a sofa, when I check in they told me no room available just 2queens and was not ready yet they told me come back 40min later when I show up I get a extra room and they charge me twice for the extra room and was smelling like pizza inside, I talk to the manager and she said they don’t charge me twice but my statement of my bank show the charge. Hotel dirty and pool not available and is more then a 3 weeks pool close and staff not helpful

Had a clean, safe stay here with my family of 5. Hot tub not functional, didn’t get a chance to check out the pool but otherwise really enjoyed everything. The breakfast was okay but my kids liked making waffles so it was a win overall. Would stay here again if passing through.

Nasty hotel with a rude receptionist
It was the worst stay. The receptionist was extremely rude. We paid extra for the Mountain View two bed studio but at check in we were rudely told that our room was not available and to take a one king bed room with no view. We were told take it or leave. We have already paid in full $217/- but was told we paid only 146/- and to pay extra for the one bedroom when we showed her the receipt she refused to look at it and said it has nothing ti do with it. We had no choice but pay the another $10/- on top of $217 and get a cramped dirty room . We traveled from MD to Dullup NM was very tired and 4 adults were given a one bed room with a small sofa. The pillows and the bed had hair on it and when complained she gave us a bedsheet and told us to change sheets it’ll we want and informed they have no pillows or pillow cases to give. House keeping was not available the manger was not available the only one was the pregnant receptionist who was very rude nasty and had a huge attitude problem. Filthy hotel stay away from it.
