"Good morning, When I walked in to check the receptionist at the desk wasn't there for about 40 seconds. She never greeted us but just walked to the computer then asked what is the last name while still looking at the computer, never looked at us. Her customer service skills were terrible. It seemed that she didn't want to work at that time. We finally checked in the rest of our stay was very good. At check out on Sunday morning the host was totally different, actually she was amazing."
