"The room was ok and cleaned. Its just the condition of some areas. Our bath tub has a very hard stain. Our sink is a bit clogged, the shower head water is very low same as the water flush on the the toilet. The reason why i gave a bad review is because of the scenario i encountered during breakfast. The food on the breakfast was great. I was in a line up and there was a white lady who work in the kitchen asking two of the guest to return the plate because they grab two plates. I was in the front of the two ladies. I tought was she did was very rude. From that time i was feeling uncomfortable and really loss my apetite to eat my breakfast. Itvwas not the scenario im expecting when iam trying to enjoy my breakfast"

"Arrived at hotel and room was not cleaned prior to arrival so had to switch rooms. Hotel requires maintenance as the hallways and elevator were in poor condition. Room came with very few towels so had to request more. Would mot stay here again. Complimentary breakfast next door was good! "
