We stayed at Hotel Rote 19 on November 30th 2023 for 1 night. We would rate this as 2.5 or 3 out of five it certainly does not in our view meet exceptional and 9.8 when compared to other places we have stayed all over europe. The It It is not a hotel as per se, It is a boutique set up building that is converted with each accommodation having sitting area, bedroom and bathroom. The positives are that it is close to everything, clean, bed was comfortable and large nice bathroom. The web site descriptors are not clear to people based on normal hotel experience. The things you should know are: they say no elevator for upper floors which leaves impression that there are accessible rooms, this is not an accessible hotel for people with disabilities or have mobility issues, there are 29 steep steps to reach the first level where what they call reception is and where the first two rooms are and more steps to get to the other rooms (see pictures). They indicate wi-fi in common areas and limited hours at reception, there are no common areas just ladings. There are many other considerations when we give our rating, ( extension cords uses along walls, portable air filter for air circulation, please check our pictures. This location was certainly acceptable in our view for our stay but does not have amenities of a 4 o 5 star.

Auch wenn nur eine Nacht, aber das war ein gute Griff. Spontan gebucht, zum Glück gerade noch einer der wenigen (nur 6 Zimmer) bekommen. Klein aber super fein.

Absoluter Reinfall! 3 Sterne für eine Unterkunft die einer Jugendherberge gleicht.. Reception provisorisch auf dem Flur.. Bett total dreckig und super laute Gegend Nachts! Das Geld war’s definitiv nicht wert!!

The manager of the hotel was friendly, thorough, and helpful. He made the stay delightful. We loved the room. It had ample space, it was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is located perfectly, right in the middle of the shopping and dining area of Regensburg. Would definitely stay here again!

Wunderschönes kleines Hotel zur Nähe des Zentrums,Zimmergrösse außerordentlich groß für diese Kategorie,toller ,sehr herzlicher Empfang. Leider hat das Hotel keinen Fahrstuhl,dies sollte man wissen,wenn man so wie ich, Zimmer im obersten Stockwek besitzt. Hotel besitzt leider auch keine eigenen Parkplätze,dies ist in Regensburg leider ein großes Problem. Trotzdem toller Aufenthalt,und ich komme gerne wieder!

Gute Lage. Reibungslose Organisation. Toller Service. Gegen die nächtlichen Störgeräusche der gegenüberliegenden Clubs liegen Oropax bereit. Wir konnten in den bequemen Betten allerdings auch ohne diese gut schlafen...

Amazing location and staff. Room was small but typical for Europe. The only reason I gave 4* to comfort was because there is no elevator and 1 of the footboards wasn’t attached. Pack light because the stairs are fairly steep and they are a spiral. Otherwise, this place is amazing and I wouldn’t have any reason to choose another hotel on my next visit. If you’re looking for a hotel with typical amenities like restaurant and bar...look elsewhere. This place only has 6 rooms so that stuff would be a waste but you’re within steps of everything. You’d be missing out on a great quaint hotel though if you didn’t give it a try. Look forward to my next visit at Rote 19.

スタッフの人は親切でサービスもいいのですがいないときがありました。特にチェックアウトの時はエレベーター、エスカレーターがないので荷物を運んでもらいたかったです。 冷蔵庫、湯沸かし器はありません。 場所は駅にも観光地にも近く満足できました。

This is a very small hotel and you barely see the staff but they are all kind and polite. The room I stayed was spot clean, bed was magnificent and they had very nice pieces of art. My only note to the owners since is a hotel without breakfast or service is to put a small fridge in the room so guests can bring their own refreshments during the stay.
