We checked in at 12, left our luggage in the room. Came back at 8.30; the card-key did not open the room (as it did at noon). We called the emergency telephone number 12 times for an hour: answering machine. Because of that, we had to look for another hotel with available rooms but more expensive. We demand full repayment and the reimbursement of the price difference!

Do not stay here ! Worst communication ever. I tried to cancel the room after a few nights as I needed to move to another part of the city and after being told I could - I have been charged for the full stay (5 extra nights) There is no front desk, they don’t respond to emails, no one answers the phone. This is also the last time I am using Expedia as they lied to me about being able to cancel.

Leider fand ich den Aufenthalt nicht ganz optimal! Das Hotel ist insgesamt zu laut, die Zimmer zu dunkel! Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche haben nicht frisch gerochen! Unser Zimmer wurde bei zwei Nächten Aufenthalt nicht gereinigt! Queen-Betten sind Betten mit 1,50x2m! In einem Doppelzimmer finde ich persönlich diese Betten zu klein!

Nous avons été réveillés par deux fois par une personne entrant dans la chambre. Nous ne comprenons pas comment on puisse rentrer ainsi dans les chambres en pleine nuit .C'est flippant Autrement Propreté rien a dire. Chambre suffisante pour une nuit.

Hi zusammen. Das Hotel war sauber und zweckmäßig. Es hatte allerdings eine seltsame Stimmung dort, ich schätze das kam unteranderem durch die Einrichtung.

Helt fin til overnatning

Vi havde valgt det lille standardværelse og det var lille men helt OK og med et stort skab til at sætte bagagen ind i. Dejligt badeværelse og der er et opholdsrum ved indgangen, hvor man kan købe kolde drikke og kaffe. Desværre var der ikke som lovet mulighed for at tilkøbe morgenmad. Der var ingen bemanding efter kl 18, men trygt da der skal bruges adgangskort til at komme ind. Mange parkeringspladser i gården.

Die Suite mit Whirlpool ist auf jedenfall zu empfehlen, man hat gute und ruhige entspannt. Ein zwei negative Sachen wäre, dass die eine Düse des Whirlpools abgefallen ist, die Bedienung ein wenig komplex und die Regendusche nicht den nötigen Druck erzeugt aber sonst alles Drumherum sehr zu empfehlen :) werde es für zukünftige Reiseziele wieder in Anspruch nehmen

Extravagantes Hotel

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und Eine Duftmaschine hüllt das ganze Haus in Einen guten Duft ein. Die Zimmer Sind recht Klein, aber funktional und werden über Eine Fussbodenheizung beheizt. Das Ambiente ist ausgefallen. Das Hotel liegt im 'Gewerbegebiet, mit Dem Auto ist man aber in 10 min in der Stadt. Es gab aber leider kein Frühstück, aber der Bäcker "Beck" ist gleich ums Eck und dort kann man billing und gut frühstücken, auch Sonntags !!

O hotel é bom , com uma parada de onibus perto, que vai direto para a estacao. Da para caminhar, embora um pouco longe. Apenas a noite não tem recepção.

Zimmer war in Ordnung. Es wäre kein Schaden, wenn es in der Suit mehr Kleiderhacken bzw. Ablagemöglichkeiten geben würde. Sonst hat alles gepasst.

Eher Blech als Platin...der äußere Anblick war erst einmal nicht so schlecht, frisch gestrichen und modern. Leider war der ( fast leere ) Parkplatz mit Laub bedeckt was den ersten Eindruck trübte. Das Rezeptionspersonal saß rauchend und Kaffee trinkend vor der Tür, was auch nicht gerade einen professionellen Eindruck machte. Mein onine reserviertes Zimmer musste ich sofort beim Einchecken vorab bezahlen. Hinauf in den ersten Stock ging es dann über die Treppe, da das Hotel nicht über einen Aufzug verfügt, Hilfe beim Gepäck wurde nicht angeboten. Unser Zimmer war winzig klein, das "Doppelbett" indiskutable 1,40 m breit. Unsere Nachfrage nach einem anderen oder größeren Zimmer wurde verneint. Unsere Nacht war dementsprechend schlecht, weil auch die Matraze nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprach. Das Fenster war theoretisch zu öffnen, praktisch verhinderte dies jedoch der extreme Straßenlärm. Ein geschlossenenes Fenster bedeutete bei dem Mini-Zimmer und 2-Personen-Belegung allerdings eine schnelle Luftverschlechterung. Ein Teufelskreis! Positiv zu bewerten waren einzig die Sauberkeit, an der es nichts auszusetzen gab und das ebenfalls winzige, aber frisch renovierte Bad. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen, den Personal war bei unserer Abreise wiederum nicht in Sicht. Wir würden dort nicht noch einmal buchen, empfehlenswert wäre das Hotel allenfalls für lärmresistente Alleinreisende außerhalb der warmen Monate, denn eine Klimaanlage war leider auch nicht vorhanden.

Kein Personal am Empfang

Als ich einchecken wollte war noch jemand da und die Dame war sehr freundlich doch seit dem hab ich bis zum nächsten morgen kein Personal gesehn. Ein anderer Gast hat sogar telefonisch einen Mitarbeiter ins Hotel gerufen. Ansnsten ist es ein schönes Hotel mit guter Lage und nicht zu teuer.

nettes Hotel in Zentrumsnähe.

Busverbindung um die Ecke, aber nur für Leute die Zeit mitbringen (aber da kann das Hotel ja nix dafür) Dafür die Strassenanbindung ins Zentrum einfach und dank guter Parkplatzt-Tpps der Rezeption auch kostenlose Parkplätze gefunden.

Bin Vielreisender und konnte schon sehr viele positive Bewertungen geben, wenngleich man da oft leider etwas sparsam ist. Dieses Hotel ist für mich absolut ungenügend. Bei Ankunft würde mir der Schlüssel übergeben, das Zimmer war aber noch so wie der Vorgänger es verlassen hatte. Gut, ein Versehen, aber in 5 Minuten war es fertig, kleine Räumluchkeiteb wie noch nie gehabt, kam selbst bei strahlendem Sonnenschein kein Licht rein und ich musste die Lampe am helllichten Tag anmachen. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls Max. Durchschnitt und improvisiert und das Personal mäßig freundlich - keine gute Adresse - Ach so, das WLAN war ebenfalls nix
