「The room was very clean, there was a mini fridge and microwave. Bed sheets were clean, bathroom was very clean and has soaps already in the shower. The only thing about the room I didn't like was the bed was slightly uncomfortable but other than that it was great!」

There were hair strands in my shower, chip and mold around the shower and shower curtain, even with the shower curtain closed the floor still got wet to a puddle, found a bug crawling up the tv stand, mattress a little hard/stiff, towels rough feeling」

「Our room was on the first floor it had white And black mold i had to go to dollar general to buy bleach and spray the walls to kill it off. Ac leaked so bad the floor was super wet almost all the way up to the TV fridge etc. smelled like curry all through the hotel i can keep going but heck you get the gist」

「It was quiet. There was no soap in our room. We asked for it the next day. When they cleaned our room, they did not leave anymore makeup wipes. The room was clean. Someone tracked clay through the parking lot, and it was all over the hotel floors and elevators. It was somewhat cleaned up after a couple of days. They didn't spray off the mud that was tracked outside, so it kept getting tracked in. Someone had a BMW parked outside the entrance all day, and it was kind of in everyone's way. I don't...

「Loved our room and staff were nice. Kids loved the pool. The day shift attendant on 6/3/26 was extremely nice. She gave my kids some beach balls to play with in the pool.」

「Staff was extremely helpful! I did checkout Saturday night because we had no power from the storm but the gentleman at the front desk was so great said I wouldn't be charged for Saturday stay due to power outage. I think that was so great they would do that I was booked until Sunday! I would recommend this hotel to everyone! I will stay there anytime im in Norman OK.」
