"“Wouldn’t stay there again” in the middle or the start of a renovation which we didn’t know. Our floor carpet smelled stale opening the suit door to room smelled awful (very strong) carpet smell like a chemical use for dry cleaning. Toilet seat loose towel rack falling off. Went to the pool to go swimming got to the entrance inside pool area dog poop and urine smell in different area’s water( floor ) Green. Some staff did a god job but others just ok. Oh yes! when you arrive to temporary main entrance door, door very dirty main entrance being renovated and only one door opens (two doors to entry) walking through to the front desk is clean. Clean Restaurant/ bar, staff did a great job in service. Parking on weekends hard to fine a space you will have to walk a distance to entrance."

"Staff was great! Dining area for breakfast was very small! It looks hard for staff to move about the tight space to refill food and clean the counters. Very quiet throughout the building, just occasional noise from ppl going into their room. Rooms were clean but the Carpet was dirty and needs to be replaced with Tile Flooring throughout! It made the room look bad. Bathroom was nice and clean and bright! Luggage cart was extremely difficult to maneuver with and without luggage on it. Other than that, had a great stay!"

"I had a great solo staycation. When I was there, they were doing work on the elevator but had it resolved in about a day. Breakfast was hot and served everyday. The room was clean and staff were very attentive. The area is perfect, and everything I needed wasn’t more than a couple miles away. Would def recommend staying here."

"The people working at the hotel were polite. The rooms were smallish and a bit musty. The hotel was under renovation, and the pool was closed. Neither of those issues was disclosed when I made the reservation. I checked the box to include paid parking, breakfast for 2, and free wi-fi, but the hotel kept saying it didn't show on their end. I had to show them my email. I was charged for parking, and something was charged to my room, but I have yet to receive an explanation. The hotel staff says I must speak to their Manager, but that # goes to a generic voicemail. I have left a couple of messages with no response yet. I sent an email, as instructed, to get credit for the parking, but I haven't received a reply. There seems to be a disconnect between Expedia and Marriott, and another disconnect between Marriott staff and the District or General Manager."
