"We have to pay for parking, no drinking water in our room, breakfast was ok, staff not very friendly I ask for dinner places and she didn't care or ignore me. Definitely not coming back."

"The room was clean, but had a strong odor of what seemed like mothballs or something similar. It was pretty loud overall. You could hear people walking up and down the stairs, pretty loudly in the room, and we are not generally picky about such things, but for some reason, it just echoed right into the room. The very limited on-site parking and no ability to drop your belongings off to your room before finding public parking is a real pain in the ass. I’m sure the space is great for 23-year-olds looking to catch a show and get laid, but for being almost 50 we need a little bit more creature comforts. It would just be good if the hotel can post these things about mobility and accessibility issues."
