"Staff very helpful, left my set of keys after checking out didn't realize till later. Called and they said house keeper will look for them. Found and called....luckily live local went and pick up keys from lobby. Price was reasonable. Room was clean, the bed mattress not very comfy only complaint but is a Motel 6 not a 5 start hotel."

"The stay was terrible. Kids were running back and forth telling until 10:30pm people telling from across the buildings. People were hanging out on stairs next to room smoking we could get water in shower on, without flight with knob. Staff was okay that came quickly when we needed something. To many work trucks in parking lot. So no where to park"

"The ambience at this place is amazing. It doesn't feel like a hotel; you feel like you've snagged a room on a rich person's hacienda. I didn't give it full stars because the signage and communication were lacking. You have to call (by phone) to get someone to come and check you in. There is no check-in desk, which adds to the ambience, but if you don't know about that in advance, you'll be like me--circling the place on foot and by car, to find someone to check you in. Once inside, it's a maze of corridors with beautiful, museum-like rooms roped off. These also add to the ambience. But trying to remember where that office was, for a person (like me) with no sense of direction, was a nightmare. When we wanted to check out, I did find the office (after going up and down several hallways several times), but the door was locked. It was about 9:00 a.m. I then went outside, looking for someone. Then, I finally realized, I could call the same number I had called to check in. Did that, and a person came immediately. Advance information would have saved me a lot of stress."

"I hate to say it, and I’ll be the first to admit my standards for this kind of thing are lower than most, but this room was so bad that I checked out and got another room somewhere else 10 minutes after seeing it. The room wasn’t advertised as having a hostel-style shared bathroom and entry space, but I figured it was fine as long as the bathroom door locked - but it didn’t, and that’s just hugely gross and unsafe. The individual bedroom door wouldn’t reliably lock about 70% of the time either, getting stuck constantly. The smoke detectors were all ripped out, none of the outlets worked, the lights flickered, the surfaces were dirty, the bed was gross, and the bedroom itself was barely big enough to spread both your arms out in without hitting either wall. The low price and the comically Mr. Krabs-ian “NO REFUNDS” signage posted repeatedly should have tipped me off, but it’s just ridiculous they would leave even a budget room in this state and expect someone not to balk. I was prepared for a little discomfort so I could save money, but the safety issues that just kept mounting the more I looked were dealbreaking. I lost money in my attempt to save money; the clerk took pity on me and gave my $40 damage deposit back, which I do really appreciate, but their boss wouldn’t let them give me the rest, which is just silly as I was “checked in” for a total of 15 minutes (the clerk hadn’t even finished putting my info in the system by the time I called it quits). Avoid this place!"
