「The room cleaning was really disappointing and not up to standard. The hotel offers a daily USD 15 credit per room for restaurant spending, but when we stayed in two rooms and spent USD 30 at Starbucks, it wasn’t deducted at checkout. Since my bill was sent directly to my email, I only realized the mistake after receiving it. Very frustrating experience.」

「The Internet was acceptable. Was slow a few times throughout my weekend stay. Breakfast was a little lack luster with it only having Waffles, Muffins, Cinnamon rolls, coffee, and juice. Didn't have any water to drink or to fill my water bottle. The room was comfortable and clean, but bathroom had a small packet of shampoo for my weekend stay. Staff was nice and understanding when it came to things I was confused about. Overall the stay I had was good.」

「I am very angry about this stay. When I checked in, the door and windows were left open, and the room smelled damp and moldy. The curtain had what looked like blood stains, and the bedsheet had mold spots. Since it was already late and I had a full workday the next day, I reluctantly decided to stay. When I picked up the plastic “Do Not Disturb” sign, I found oil on it, which was disgusting. The room had almost no sound insulation. I could clearly hear the TV from the next room and footsteps in...
