"Nice rooms and comfortable beds. The restaurant down stairs was great for dinner. We were told they had breakfast 7-10 but they still were not open when we left after 8am. The shower is poorly designed, you have to be all the way inside to turn it on, so you either soak your clothes and step out or get soaked with freezing cold water until it heats up. There was no coffee stocked in the room to make in the coffee maker, parking was a nightmare because a wedding was at the hotel taking up the whole lot and parking garage. Overall good experience although I named the negatives, I would stay again as these issues aren’t a big deal. The location is great. Cookies were great, staff was great. "

"Booked this stay specifically for the hot tub and pool… hot tub is of course out of order as soon as I get here. Then next day the pool is closed for “maintenance.” Shouldn’t have to pay extra for amenity fees when the amenities aren’t working. Or at least advertise it online so customers know what they’re paying for. "

"Clean room, nice gym, decent breakfast with a lot of options! There are posted rules about “quiet hours”. The hallways were so quiet at night, as a light sleeper this was a major bonus!"

"Basics are covered, but the place is old and our double queen room had a strange layout: there was a closet-like structure in the middle of the room holding the ironing board and it blocked easy visibility to the TV from the far bed. Bathroom very old, stained, and faucets leaking. Staff very kind, though. "

"There are people who actually live there full time... and they are not necessarily top quality people. I think it's as halfway house. Not bad people but sad. Won't go back for sure. "

"I booked this for the night to have a nice hot tub room. As soon as I walked into the property, it gave snuff film vibes. There were a couple of strange men just kind of standing around looking at me. They made me give them a $50 cash deposit. I went to the room and it literally looked like a place where crimes had happened. The mirror had been ripped off the bathroom wall. The place is clearly not been updated since the 1980s. It did have a hot tub in the room, but I was not willing to risk my luck by using it. I literally sat there for 10 minutes, went back upfront, asked for my $50 back, and left. The place smelled like vomit and tequila and cigarettes smoke and it felt like I was not going to be safe if I stayed there. I was definitely catfished by the photos for the listing. Don’t make the same mistake I did. I haven’t been able to get my money back yet either."
