Just an example, from 5pm to 7pm there are free snack and drinks. What is more important (for average travelers) you can rest in a quiet and comfortable room.」

「Unfortunately my stay was not peaceful due to unsupervised teenagers running rampant until 1 am. Security was called 3 times by 3 different guests and finally the adults with the group showed up. I had to threaten the kids and their chaperones that I would call the police if they didn’t get them under control. It would have been nice if the hotel had offered to comp my room or reduce the rate but they did not. The hotel should consider placing the teen groups on the first and second floor away...

「The staff was super friendly! The room was very clean and spacious. The sinks and shower had good water pressure! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. They had a huge breakfast selection. Though my son wasn’t a fan of the sausage. I feel like there were enough other choice that anyone could find something that works for them. For those who like that kind of thing, they had beer on tap. Not sure what kind because that’s not my thing, but I know it’s a selling point for others. Would...

「I had a problem with noise and Reginald quickly got it resolved allowing me to get some much needed rest and relaxation. Reginald is a great example of the best thing about staying at a Marriott... it's people are wonderful.」

「Hilton charged me twice for incidentals. So I got charged $50 x 2. It has not been refunded yet. I checked out three days ago. The front desk person asked me to call back during the week to speak with their financial person. I just happened to be checking my bank statements and caught this. Great location. Bathrooms are definitely need some refurbishing.」
