The property was perfect for a one night stay driving down to Florida. We just wanted a bed and it was quite comfortable. The room had a microwave and mini fridge. It was just off the highway. Price was good.

As a senior women traveling alone I felt very safe staying here by myself for the night. Room was clean, beds comfortable, TV worked, room had a microwave, coffee maker and a fridge. For $69 a night it was a great place to stop for the night. Towels & soap were basic but the shower was hot and had plenty of pressure. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend it for an overnight stay.

Pleasant, economic find!

Easy check-in, nice staff. Wifi worked, coffee available in the room, and there is a pool (did not use). Walking distance to food and basic shopping necessities. Quiet area just a minute from 95. Basic room, clean comfortable beds. Place could use a fresh coat of paint and some modern upgrades, but overall great value for the price!

Clean room, friendly staff, comfy mattress, great price. Close to highway without highway noise. Was very convenient and comfortable for a quick overnight stop. Multiple eating and gas options nearby.

We were coming from South Carolina to Florida, but I was getting tired so we decided to stop and get a room. We check out a few other hotels but they just did not look like we wanted to stay there and we spotted your hotel the budget inn, so I looked on my Hotels.Com and got a price. I had some key credits and booked it sitting in the parking lot and went straight in and he gave us the key to the room beautiful hotel, very, very clean and very, very pretty also affordable.

Good wi-fi which made up for the TV not working. Room had a microwave and minifridge that worked well. Extremely conferrable bed. Low noise level even with a truck stop next door. The room was clean but a coat of paint wouldn't hurt. OK for the price.
