This place used to be a good hotel. Emphasis USED TO BE. First off the room stinks so bad, there was mold all over the top of the shower...disgusting and can be dangerous. 2nd They didn't clean our room 1 time we were there, turns out you have to put a door thing on to get service!?!?! But no one tells you that I just randomly saw it when we were leaving. So frustrating the front desk doesn't tell you any of this. The breakfast options was an "omlette" basically artificial eggs folded with nothing in them. The potatoes were ok. Pancakes tasted awful and syrup was nasty. The hot tub was out of service which was only reason we picked that hotel. All in all I won't stay there again.

Many disapointments: The pool, which is an ammenity that I paid for, is broken (again, according to the staff). The king bed is sagging on both sides, there is a sizeable hole in the carpet with no attempt to patch it, a musky smell in the room from the cleaning supplies, poor lighting, the nightstand doesn't appear clean. The exterior of the building is dingy. For the price, it's not even close to worth it. Look elsewhere! Also, most local food joints close at 9pm, so finding food after late check in is challenging.

The pool broke down the morning of our arrival and stayed closed the 4 days we were there. This is a more expensive choice of hotels in the area and only picked it, and paid the extra, for the pool. We were offered no discount, refund, compensation, vouchers, anything for the inconvenience. The room keys only worked once and then had to be reprogrammed, ice machine was out the first time we tried to get ice. Without touching the facet, the shower water would fluctuate cold/hot. Needless to say, we will stick with the cheaper options from now on, as there was little to gain for the cost.

It would have been fine accept the treadmill and elliptical trainer in the gym were broken and we were staying there mostly for the gym. The stationary bike worked relatively well. There was no water available at breakfast. The staff were all very nice.

This property is the best available in a remote area. The equipment in the gym facility did not work. The check in process was a headache, double charged and it still has not been resolved after checkout. We are waiting for a follow up call for resolution.
