Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and it's a nice hotel but far too warm to sleep. The first room I was given was 25 degrees when I opened the door. Very good room overlooking the park. The heating worked well and quickly. The kitchen/diner area was very convenient. The breakfast choice was limited and quality average. We didn’t try an evening meal there.
