「Everything about the property especially the staff are superb but its not appropriate not having even a single microwave and a fridge for customers use. Considering people with allergies or from different background would like to bring small portion of their food to refrigerate or warm prior eating. This does not affect the sales from the Indian restaurant and should be provided to attract more clients. Thanks」

「I was quite happy with the service in this hotel, the assistant manager was really helpful and friendly. I read some comments complaining about the breakfast and rooms condition, i guess it is not fair as we are not paying high amount of it so shouldn't expect extremely high. The breakfast was delicious just my room was a bit old but it's a village hotel, so it's much better than i expected. Btw, the pool was quite full so maybe not worth it if you have to pay extra for the entry. Anyway in...

「We stayed in a room that is more spacious than average ones. Clean and tidy. Staff are very polite and hospitable. Buffet style English breakfast is served, and quite tasty. The kitchen even takes simple orders to suit your needs. Guests can also use the pool and gym for free, which is rare for many hotels. Lots of parking spaces. The only concern is that the room has no air conditioning. During a summer day it could be rather hot and stuffy.」

「A wonderful stay at The Reach for my husband’s birthday. We come to Manchester from Birmingham 3/4 times a year and this is the first time we’ve stayed at this hotel. My husband and I have both said multiple times over the weekend that we will stay at this hotel every time now…it was fantastic on every level. 「Great hotel! Modern and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. On the first night of our stay, the air conditioning in our room was not working. After communication with the reception staff at 2am, he checked us into another room immediately. Really appreciate his efficiency as it was already very late. Had a comfortable stay!」
