「Lovely clean and friendly seaside hotel」

「Radiators not warm, did not stay. Too cold in the room. Manager said no other room available. I asked for a refund. Not good enough for a 3 star.」

「The place was clean, tidy and quiet; the manager friendly and helpful. However, it is pretty basic. There's no thermostat in the room so I wasn't able to warm it up. The main issue was I was unable to have a hot shower on the morning. The manager offered for me to use the shared bathroom but in the second morning, the shower wouldn't get hot. So I think with a little improvement it could be worth the price. 」

Hotels.com is in control of the booking so they were not able to amend or cancel the booking and the customer service reps consistently would refer me back to Premier Inn, which had nothing to do with booking the stay」

「The general condition of the hotel is poor, old, tired and a bit scruffy. The rooms just about fit the bill, but the bathrooms are very small. The general condition of the hotel is not good, the corridors are grotty and the floor is uneven. The staff are hit n miss, the cleaning ladies were friendly enough the night shift staff were completely incompetent, and don't expect room service, I had to order in a pizza!! 「Nice and friendly staff, free car park. The mattress should have been replaced years ago and was very uncomfortable. No sound insulation between the rooms so you can hear everything going on in the rooms above and each side. The hotel bar was like walking into the bar in star wars, so we eat at a local restaurant nearby 」
