I only marked the staff/service down because it took reception a while to find our booking and they didn't apologise for the error. 「This is the most satisfying hotel I have ever stayed in. The room comes with a kitchen, which is new and fully equipped, so we can enjoy self-cooked dinner and breakfast. But there is also a 24-hour hotel front desk service. The service staff are young and very friendly to help guests. There are lockers for storing luggage and seats for guests to rest.
