Two things that were less positive for us are: 1) the food (I got stomach ache for several days - I guess I should have been more careful) and the coffee (only Nescafé) and 2) the fact that we couldn't make use of the "à la carte" experience as all restaurants were fully...

"We stayed five nights at the Sheraton Soma Bay Resort with my wife and teen daughter in a luxury suite to wrap up our extensive Egypt trip. The room was beautifully furnished with 3 balconies providing 270 degree view. The property’s true strength is its beautiful beach and sunset views. The main shortcomings is a very limited number of restaurants (2) which is rather unusual for such a sprawling resort. All in all, an excellent stay."

"The staff were lovely. The room was clean. We were supplied extra bottled water for the electric jug, which we appreciated The wifi was a big problem. I had flights & accommodation to book, the staff at reception all said the wifi was overloaded. I had to take my laptop to reception to get wifi, which was inconvenient."

Everything about the resort was simply awesome — the facilities were immaculate, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was both relaxing and vibrant.
