"The staff were lovely. The room was clean. We were supplied extra bottled water for the electric jug, which we appreciated The wifi was a big problem. I had flights & accommodation to book, the staff at reception all said the wifi was overloaded. I had to take my laptop to reception to get wifi, which was inconvenient."

"We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Soma bay. The beach was absolutely excellent; perfect for swimming and relaxing. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room cleanliness was top notch and “Omar” was incredible. Breakfast was outstanding service waiter was “Elsayed”. A special thank you to the manager who was exceptionally friendly and kind. The overall warm hospitality made us want to return again. Highly recommended!"

From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome — their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding and really set the tone for the entire trip. Everything about the resort was simply awesome — the facilities were immaculate, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was both relaxing and vibrant. Every corner of the resort reflected great care and quality. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I would highly recommend Jaz Saraya to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. "Nice comfortable rooms. The staff was so kind and helpful. Restaurant is very good. The location is excellent if you’re into snorkeling or diving. Best massage. It is not part of a big chain and you feel the warmth and attention the owner (who is a lovely man) brings to it. He realized a beautiful dream. Thank you for sharing your dream with us Stephan! "
