"We are a family of 7 travelling from Canada that stayed in 3 rooms. We were very impressed with the resort, kind genuine staff and quality of food and beverage included with the all-inclusive. We stay at 5 star all-inclusive hotels in the Caribbean and Mexico and would recommend this resort for those looking for a different experience. The snorkeling off the beach with the variety of coral and fish is hard to find and very much appreciated with the hotel’s location."

The first room was covered in thick dust, to the extent that my new iPad cover became damaged within minutes. When I reported it, management responded with denial and disrespect, insisting it “did not happen here.” Their attitude alone was unacceptable. After being moved three times, every room had the same unhygienic dust problem....
