「Pay the price to stay somewhere else. The hotel is run down and in need of a complete remodel. I had to ask for clean sheets as ours had stains on them. I did a check of the mattress and there were stains all over it. I regret spending the amount of money I spent for this stay and when we come back to Gainesville, this hotel will be avoided.」

「This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had in a Motel. Do not stay here. I was in town for the Muenster, TX Germanfest Bike Rally and selected the facility due to location. I did not expect it to be a Holiday Inn or Hampton, but I did expect it to be clean, and it was not even close to being clean. Spend an extra 80$ and stay at the Lindsay Inn closer to Gainsville, TX, or just stay in Gainsville and drive in for the Bike Rally or Germanfest. It was so bad, I left and went to find...
