「I liked everything about the property there were two things though. Bugs where in my room and I he place looked like it hasn’t finished construction yet. Other than that food was great staff was awesome. Also the gym didn’t have enough water as well I filled up my drink and water ran out :(」

「The online pictures of the room do not match the pictures I have of a dirty room that I was charged 84 dollars for. I have several pictures for proof of that. Black mold in the bathroom, dirty and stained bath tub. Broken and rusted door hinges on bathroom door. Dirty and stained walls. Front door had a gap that allowed outside light light into the room. No smoke detector only the wires hanging loose where one should be. The furniture was used and dirty with a burn whole in one of the seats. The...

「The desk clerk was great! Very friendly young man. I went into my room, set my keys down, went outside to get my suitcase and locked myself out of the room. The clerk smiled and gladly gave me another key, assuring me that it was okay, it happens all the time.」

「The TV would not work, "no signal". There was no phone in the room to call for assistance. The breakfast buffet on Saturday morning was depleted and the waffle maker wasn't working. Most of our group went elsewhere to eat. The help were foreigners and were difficult to understand. We had stayed there before and it was never great, but we will never stay there again !」

「The Hampton Inn has always been a reliable, warm, and welcoming hotel. The one in Sherman TX is no exception. Delaney at the front desk was WONDERFUL, even at 11pm. Check in was EASY and QUICK. The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, even though I've experienced some breakfasts that were very unpleasant. I highly recommend!」
